Here at Boogie with the seniors we take a proactive approach with our programs. Within each BWTS DVD you'll receive upbeat music to go along with your residents movements. The instructor takes you right there along with her as she does many dancers such as the hitchhiker, the electric slide, the hully gully, and the margarana.....All programs are low impact designed to get a group to move along in chairs. Great teambuilding experience.

Many of our Activities Centers that have implemented the program find it nice to play the DVD weekly as a execise program.....Your residents will look forward to really getting a chance to utilize there scenses......With each DVD also comes the exlusive license; were you are able to utlize the discs at your facility as much as you want....Or of course, until you receive the next installmant of our fun and original tapes. Remember we have four kits mailed throughout the year; the first day of winter, spring, summer, and fall.....
